consultation:

- After your initial inquiry we recommend you come in for a portrait consultation to discuss

what kind of portrait you are looking for.

- Children are invited to come into the studio at this time to familiarize themselves with the location.

- Please never tell a small child that you're coming in "to have a picture taken", generally

children don't like the idea of anything being "taken".

- On our web site you will find a very instructive page called "Dressing for a Portrait" that will suggest

and recommend how to get dressed for your portrait.

session:

-The Session Fee is due at the time the appointment is booked.

-In case of cancellation the fee will be applied towards a new appointment.

-Please, be considerate and cancel with at least 24 hour notice.

-The in studio sessions are scheduled by the hour. Please be on time.

-The length of the session depends mostly on the subjects. Childrens attention span is very short,

therefore we need to work very quickly.

In general a normal in studio session lasts 20/40 minutes; on location around 60 minutes.

You can bring more than one change of clothing.

-We suggest to schedule your child's portrait session at the time of the day when he/she feels most happy,

we found morning hours work best and after the children have taken a nap and have been fed.

- We guarantee our work and we strive to give our clients the best quality possible, therefore , if at the viewing time, you are not happy

with the images produced we will offer a retake or we will refund your money, it's your choice!

-During the session we will photograph any individual subject and any combination of groups you are interested in.

-Session Fees do not include images.

viewing:

-Viewing of all images is done in the projection room in our studio. You are encouraged to bring all

the people that are interested in selecting images.

-Please leave your children home when coming to view your images. Their presence will to be very

distracting for you and will make it very difficult to make selections.

It is also boring for young children and they will demand your attention, which they deserve.

-We require a minimum deposit of 50% of the entire order. The balance can be paid at pick up time.

-All reorders must be paid in full at the time they are placed.

-We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, ATM, Checks and Cash.

-Online proofing is available. A charge of $50.00 will be applied at the time of the session

and a $250.00 non refundable deposit towards your order is required.

-The images will be available online for only 15 days.

pick up:

-Orders are ready generally within three weeks. We will call to notify you.

-Orders are picked up in the studio during regular hours and we strongly recommend calling before coming in.
